The FOB Price (Free on Board price) in our website is the price of the vehicle in Japan. FOB Price does not include Ocean Freight, Marine Insurance Fee or any other costs.

The C.I.F Price (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) is the price of a good delivered to the frontier of the importing country, including insurance and freight charges, before payment of import duties or other taxes.

The total price is the price of the car at the destination port. To get the total price, you need to select the vehicle destination country and port of discharge. Prices vary depending on inspection and insurance requirements of the destination country.

Yes, all the cars have been tested. We only stock good quality cars.

No, we provide only registration year. For manufacturing year, please contact our sales team. However, the information may not be guaranteed as it is provided by a third party.

It depends. If the vehicle's glove compartment does not contain spare keys, then they are not provided.

Yes, we have an auction system and we can buy vehicles directly from auctions. Check the Auction Page on our website for more information.

We provide detailed specifications and pictures of each vehicle. We can also provide the Auction Sheet if necessary.

Unfortunately, we cannot install or change vehicle parts. We sell vehicles as they are.

Payment

Payments can only be made through bank transfer.

We accept payments in US Dollars and Japanese Yen.

We usually accept one-time payments, but it depends on your situation. Please feel free to contact us.

The buyer is responsible for all bank transfer fees.

Payments must be made within 2 business days from the issuance of the invoice. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled.

A TT Copy (Telegraphic Transfer Copy) is proof of your remittance issued by your bank. A deposit slip may be used if the TT Copy is not immediately available from the bank.

It depends on your country and bank. Usually, it takes 2–3 days for the payment to reflect in our account.

We will send a message to your user account once the payment is confirmed.

Shipment

Shipping time varies by region. On average: Africa: 6–8 weeks, Georgia: 8 weeks+, Caribbean: 10–12 weeks, South America/Europe: varies.

Check the transaction status in your user account. You may also contact the shipping agent for BL (Bill of Lading) information.

Shipping delays are caused by the circumstances of the shipping company. COVID-19 and port congestion have increased delays globally.

No, we cannot put anything inside the vehicle unless shipped via container due to customs restrictions.

Unfortunately, tracking information is not available.

We will upload the inspection certificate to your account once received from the inspection agency.

After the Vehicle Arrives at the Port

The shipping agent will contact the Notify Party or Consignee upon the vessel's arrival. You may also call the shipping agent about one week before the ETA.

We deliver vehicles only up to the nearest port. For delivery inside your country, please use a clearing and forwarding agent.

Khushi Motors does not offer clearing & forwarding services, but our sales team can recommend agents in your country.

We are open Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. (Japan time). Lunch break: 12:00 p.m.–1:00 p.m.

We mainly use English but also support Japanese, Spanish, French, and Swahili.

Japanese domestic vehicles do not include English manuals. However, translations may be available online.

We update our stock daily.
